How do I get a prescription refill?

Sign up for our patient portal and submit a refill request message. This is the fastest way to obtain a refill.

Call your pharmacy and ask them to send us an electronic refill request

Speak with Dr. Owens or Christina Barnett, FNP-C at your follow-up appointment about refill needs.

Please allow one week for the request to be addressed. If it has been over a year since you have been seen at Tidewater Allergy and Asthma, then we will be unable to refill the prescription. Some prescriptions require more frequent follow-ups in which case you will be asked to come in for an appointment before the medication can be refilled. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
